Help¶

In the help of the Customer Center you will find a lot of information about the operation of the Customer Center and the various modules.

The help is divided into nine categories. In addition, you will also receive information on the operation of IDAS, the cost calculator and the SZM checker.

The help areas¶

Each portlet has its own icon, which you will also find (if available) in the horizontal navigation bar.

Modules and user actions that you cannot select in the horizontal navigation bar can be selected using the new icons in the upper right corner.
